- Sanctioned Tool Strategy: We help you define Microsoft Copilot as your secure Home Base and establish clear rules for how other tools can and cannot be used.
- Culture Shift: We provide messaging templates your leaders need to foster a safe environment for employee disclosure and adoption.
GUARD
Security & Governance
We act as the bridge between your vision and your technical execution. We partner with your IT team or M365 administrators to ensure your data is protected before your staff begins high-volume usage.
- Technical Implementation Plan: We partner with your IT leads to develop a roadmap for security and governance configurations, such as enabling Enterprise Data Protection (EDP) to ensure your prompts stay within your tenant boundary.
- Licensing & Readiness Advisory: We help your administrators verify M365 license requirements to ensure you are positioned for the right tools with clarity on costs.
- Policy & Usage Review: We work with your team to update your current AI usage policies to set clear security and professional guardrails for your entire organization.
GROW
Adoption & Results
This phase transforms individual curiosity into organizational results, creating a culture where technology consistently serves your mission.
- Interactive User Training: We lead engaging, live virtual training sessions tailored to your specific user groups to equip them with foundational AI skills and high-impact use cases using the secure, enterprise-ready version of Copilot Chat or CoPilot Premium.
- Standardized License Path: We curate a specific path for employees to earn a paid Copilot license. This ensures that when you decide to invest in premium seats, your employees already have the skills to produce results.
- Senior Living Use Case Guide: We provide a high-level guide featuring 6 to 8 curated use cases specifically for senior living executives or a department of your choice.
- Momentum Sustainment: To keep the learning alive, we provide 5 curated Microsoft Teams posts or emails featuring tips, reminders, and practice activities to use after the initial training.
